Enjoy a beautifully arranged setting complete with plush seating, curated decor, and complimentary water, a selection of fine teas, and pastries.

Choose from one of our handpicked locations- Dunlap Park or Jacobs Creek Park- Or let us bring the experience to your own backyard or personal space.

We offer a range of packages to suit your gathering:

  • Intimate Setting for 2 — $150

  • Small group experiences for 4-6 — $250

  • mid-size celebrations for- 7-12 — $350

  • large gatherings for 13-16 — $450

Let us handle the setup so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment.

Book a Reservation

By booking a reservation with Gather Around, you agree to the following terms:

  • A non-refundable $50.00 deposit will be due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment is due no later than one week prior to your scheduled event date. Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

  • In the event of rain or inclement weather, we offer one complimentary reschedule. Any additional reschedule requests may require a new security deposit at our discretion.

  • Changes to reservation dates or times are subject to availability and must be communicated as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made less than one week before the event date are non-refundable.

  • By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Gather Around reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
